Meet Brenda

Hi, I’m Brenda Reade — wife, mam to two young girls, and the person behind Brenda Reade Photography.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Long before I ever considered turning it into a business, I was the one documenting family gatherings, days out, celebrations and all the little moments in between.

Over time, I realised that the photographs I treasured most weren’t always the perfectly posed ones. They were the images that brought me back to a feeling, a moment, or a stage of life that had passed far too quickly.

Today, I specialise in natural, relaxed photography for families, couples and life’s special milestones. Rather than working in a studio, I prefer photographing people in beautiful outdoor locations or in the comfort of their own homes, where everyone can feel at ease and simply be themselves.

My approach is a mix of gentle guidance and genuine moments, creating photographs that feel authentic and timeless. Whether we’re celebrating a communion, welcoming a new baby, marking an engagement, or simply capturing your family as you are right now, my goal is to create images you’ll love looking back on for years to come.
